Bus Transportation
We are now accepting applications for FREE bus transportation to and from Summerville for the 2026-2027 school year.
If you need individual assistance with the form, call Ms. Pons or Ms. Molina @ 305-253-2123.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the form on your computer device or open the form in Acrobat Reader on your cell phone and fill out the form completely.
2. You must fill out the form in computerized form, not handwritten.
3. Enter the required information for each child for whom you are requesting transportation.
5. Once complete, please email the form to npons@charterk12.com and tmolina@charterk12.com
4. Once we receive the information, Air B Bus Transportation will begin processing your form in the order in which it was received. Please wait to be contacted in this manner.
